be allowed to use the programme on a scanned PDF - this can only be done IF I upgrade - false pretences!!

Lower that price tag. There are many free alternatives. Let us convert files back to PDF. Give the 'Pro' version here. If the software is also for Mac, you should also provide that.

Some docs open up with errors (PDF to Word) but the files appear to be correct.

The ability to reconstruct the paragraphs. The software is doing a good job in preserving the layout. However, I prefer to have the lines of a paragraph all together without a line break after each line.

It is a wonderful share as name consist. It gives the correct format etc in output file. If this version is appllicable to mac user also, it would reach more target users

keep all the formatting. I converted a PDF document to EPUB, but all the formatting is gone. All the text is lumped together, no more paragraphs at all. margins gone as well. Had expected more. I want to covert to EPUB because the ereader gets really

Have it work -- tried six different PDFs and none worked. Some were Word docs converted to PDF and it didn't convert them back to Word.

see a two way conversion from and to PDF or other formats which could be edited. I converted a batch of 25 files from PDF to .doc with reasonable success - but the formating left a bit to be desired.

see an improvement in converting link text. The text comes through as strikethrough text and the links are not converted. It should be underlined and the link converted.

I found the previous version user interface easier to understand. Version 4.0.1 seems like a step backwards.

Improve conversion of non-english characters (ie ž,š,č,ř,ť etc.) It works, but there are some words joining together, some are splitted around these special chars = useless for non-english texts!
